Who is All Options?

All Options is an international market maker providing liquidity to the world’s major financial derivatives markets. Headquartered in Amsterdam, All Options trades in all timezones with offices in Hong Kong, Switzerland, Curaçao, and the People’s Republic of China.

What is a market maker?

A market maker is a company that provides bid and ask prices in certain financial products, mainly derivatives like options. This creates liquidity and facilitates the flow of trading by helping ensure markets are competitive and efficient.

We do not have clients, but work as a counterparty to other market participants like brokers or banks. In addition, we conduct our own proprietary derivatives trading alongside our market making activities.

What does All Options offer?

All Options offers a great location in the heart of Amsterdam, with a modern office on the Herengracht, and the historical main hall of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange at Beursplein 5.

We offer competitive starting salaries matched with performance based bonuses of up to €25,000 in the first year. After passing our training and development period and becoming a Trader, your bonuses are uncapped.

On top of that, we provide dedicated training for all new employees. New trainee traders will get six months of advanced training in our Traders Academy. At All Options, continuing professional development is of key importance to us. For example, we also offer a unique Trading Master-class program to help all of our traders develop their expertise.

Which is why our offices have self-service kitchens, catered canteens, fridges stocked with soft drinks, and lounge areas with foosball tables.
