Updates about measures to do with Corona

Update, April 10: There have been questions from members regarding general member meetings. Although the government has allowed such meetings to take place digitally, the board wants to prevent this for as long as possible. This means the general member meeting that was planned on May 26 will be postponed until it can take place physically. At this meeting, the association would have voted on the new board. Although this vote has been postponed, the board will start training the candidate board members.

---

Update, March 25: Extended measured by the university and the government mean that no activities will be organised until June 1. The board room will also remain closed until that day. Since March 20, there is a Discord server where members can stay connected.

---

Update, March 16: Measures stated below have been extended until April 6. The board had decided to cancel the dies weeks, as we do not expect the situation to have improved enough by then. Possibilities to celebrate the dies weeks later this year will be considered, but it is not certain that this will be possible.

---

Update, March 13: The university will allow no student entry on all university buildings until and including March 31. This means the board room is closed and all activities cancelled until that date. This also includes the members weekend.

Because of the most recent advice by the government, we as an association have to take measures due to the Corona virus. This will mostly mean that certain activities have to be cancelled and that we will take measures to decrease infection risk in the Flesschekamer. The board will continue to update this post wil the most recent news.

1. We want to ask everyone that shows any symptoms of the Corona virus to stay home. The board will address anyone showing these symptoms ans retains the right to refuse people access to the board room and activities.

2. At the moment we do not know what the consequences regarding the opening times of the FlesscheKamer will be, updates about this can also be found on this page. When the FlesscheKamer is opened, it will not be possible to get any consumptions in the FK (coffee, tea, snack cupboard, etc.).

3. The activities listed below have been cancelled. The board will do its best to move the larger activities to a later date, as opposed to cancelling them completely. We have no information about any other activities that are currently planned. As soon as we have more information about this, it will be announced on this page and by email to members who are already registered for the activity. All activities will have a maximum of 70 participants. All  activities in the FooBar will have a maximum of 50 participants.

Cancelled activities
All activities up to 31 March have been cancelled
