Language Guild
The Language Guild can be reduced into two parts. Firstly, it is a collective of people with a love for language, both Dutch and others. The guild has a Whatsapp group in which members share interesting and weird language related things they encounter. Secondly, requests are sometimes made to, for example, check the language of a certain piece of text or to translate a large piece. These requests have in the past mainly been made by the board or the Almanac Committee. Sometimes, the Language Guild also organises activities, for example the 2023 language-café in cooperation with the Master Committee. To join the Language Guild, you do not have to be a master of language; it mainly consists of members with enthousiasm for language and everything related.
